Positive: Really cheap in terms of price. Location was perfect as it had the the night and fresh food markets and beach on either side in walkable distances. Lot of local Thai food places around the area. The owner Golf was incredibly sweet and polite!
Negative: Space did feel crammed but not a major downside given the price!
